Teams

Teams allow you to organize members into groups for easier management and step assignment.

Teams List

Navigate to Settings > Teams to view and manage teams.

Teams are typically synced from your identity provider via Directory Sync (SCIM). Each team shows:

  • Team name
  • Member count
  • External ID (for SCIM-synced teams)

Expand a team row to see its individual members.

Using Teams in Processes

Teams can be used in the assignee matrix when configuring process steps, allowing you to assign work to entire groups rather than individual users.
