Directory Sync (SCIM)

Directory Sync automates user provisioning using the SCIM protocol, keeping your Lumen membership in sync with your identity provider.

Directory Sync Configuration

Navigate to Settings > Directory Sync to configure SCIM provisioning.

With Directory Sync enabled:

  • New users are automatically provisioned when added to your identity provider
  • Removed users are automatically deprovisioned
  • Group memberships are synced as Teams in Lumen
  • User attributes (name, email) stay up to date
